Customers are happy when they have more options. We have many ways for Returning/Exchanging the products and to make every purchase with Silver Touch an experience to cherish.

How to cancel order?

  • Email us at info@silvertouchjewellery.com 
  • Place request for cancellation of you order, or any item(s) in your order, prior to these item(s) being shipped from our warehouse.
  • Personalized items cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed.

If you do not receive your order?

  • For security reasons, all our orders are insured and shipped by renowned couriers. in case, your order in not shipped to you, we shall refund the order amount.

How to accept order?

  • Before accepting delivery of any item(s), please ensure that packaging has not been damaged or tempered.
  • if you feel the product got damaged in transit, please do notify us about the same within 24hrs of you accepting the delivery in our customer care number at +971507202643 or e-mail us at info@silvertouchjewellery.com, mentioning your order reference number. we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the ASAP.

How to return or replace the defective items delivered?

  • At Silver Touch, providing the best quality products is extremely important to us. In the unlikely event that any item(s) you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, like damaged or defective, or if item(s) delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the item(s).
  •  your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Including mini clear bags inside the box) within 3 days which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • We do not accept international returns & replacements.
  • We don't prefer to accept following articles unless these are returned in original and sealed packaging:
    : Fine Jewellery
    : All silver articles.
    : Any personalized/altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to receive Refund?
  • Once we receive your return items then it will be checked by our team, then we process for the refund or send a new product in replacement as soon as possible (Max 15 days).
  • if our team finds any items that show signs of wear, have been altered, damaged or modified can not be accept for return.
  • Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. We only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
  • However, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery, provided you inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the orders.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@silvertouchjewellery.com and do not forget to mention your Order No/ Invoice No.
     
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

    Also Write Order number on the Package to easily locate and Trace.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • NO Refunds will be given in the following cases:

    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

    • Failure to deliver after 3 attempts by our respective courier agent.

    • Package refused by recipient.

Exchange
  • If the product is not faulty or damaged.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • If you need to exchange any piece for the same item, exchange is subject to availability in stock. In case, the same product is not available, you can opt for a replacement with some other product.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Silver Touch Jewellery  may, at its sole discretion, reserve all the rights to refuse cancellation of any particular order at any point of time.
